COPS Care For Kids Golf Event
The program provides funding to the Silver Springs police department for underprivileged kids. The programs include:
- Shop with a Cop - This program lets kids buy Christmas gifts for their families
- Fall Festival - Community outreach program at Stoney Ridge Park
- National Night Out - Community outreach program at Stoney Ridge Park
- Mentoring program for young women and girls
- Easter egg hunt - Community outreach program at Stoney Ridge Park
- Trick or Treat
- Child ID cards

Shop with a COP
Once a year, a Silver Spring Police Officer is paired up with a family in need and provides money for Christmas gifts.
